Hi, I’m Blanca, the founder of Perfect Health Tips. I’ve been called a health geek, a wellness enthusiast, and, once, “the human version of a health encyclopedia” (which I’ll take as a compliment).

Our Story

I grew up in a house where health was the main topic at the dinner table. My parents were doctors, and while I didn’t follow in their footsteps, I inherited their curiosity about how the human body works.

By the time I was five, I was flipping through anatomy books and asking questions like, “Why does food give us energy?” and “What happens when we sleep?” (Yes, I was that kid.)

As I got older, my curiosity turned into a passion. I started experimenting with fitness routines, trying new recipes, and diving into research about how small habits can make a big difference. But I also noticed something: health advice often felt overwhelming, contradictory, or just plain boring.
